| My Values:
You're in charge of your
company.
If you hire a consultant, will they just impose practices because they
worked for someone else? I think my role is to give you a good diagnosis
of issues and a framework for solutions. You decide what's best
for your company and I'll help get it done.
Financials are only part
of your goals.
You have goals that go beyond financial results for the business.
I know that you need solid financial performance to meet all your goals,
but that financials aren't the whole picture.
Having good people isn't
enough.
Dilbert is a good engineer struggling in a dysfunctional system.
One of my primary jobs is to help you create a business operation that
supports, rather than suppresses people's effort.
Good decisions are always
a balance. In both life and business, important questions are
never black and white. I work hard to steer clients away from polarized,
one-sided decision processes.
Product development depends
on fluid communications. Competitive new product programs put
together information from different people and functions across your company.
No matter how big your company is, overly formalized, rigid communication
processes limit the flow of information.
